Welcome to the Elm Tree Multi Academy Trust website. Founded in 2022, now comprising of two schools North Leamington and Telford Junior. Our aim is to work in collaboration supporting all, delivering excellence and enriching the lives of the young people within our family.

North Leamington school is an oversubscribed secondary school with a sixth form with a proven track record of achieving the highest outcomes at both the end of Key stage 4 & 5. Telford Junior school is the largest feeder primary school to North Leamington and as such is well placed to work together to deliver the very best all through education for about 30% our local school community.

We are extremely excited about what we can achieve together over the coming years, our moral purpose is to provide the best all through educational experience possible, where we truly understand and support all students and families.  Schools continue to be the hub of a community, we want to create learners that understand the importance of that community and enrich it at all levels.

Our Trust is outward facing, we are proud to work with a variety of partners to secure the best outcomes for our students. School leaders and the Central team are supported by Local Governing bodies in each school, who ensure each school retains its unique position but adds value to others within our community. Our values, whilst centrally aligned, work for each setting. We have a strong focus on high quality outcomes but also on the type of students we help to create. At North Leamington we drive these through our CORE system of Commitment, Opportunities, Respect and Excellence. At Telford through Care, Achieve, Respect and Enjoy.
