Hours of work: 31.25 hours per week
39 weeks per year (term-time plus 1 week)
Start Date: 2 September 2024

This position is based at Telford Junior School, part of the Elm Tree Multi Academy Trust. Working with the SENDCO you will be joining our thriving IEN team to assist and support teaching and learning, working with individuals or groups of pupils. You will supervise pupils and assist with their general care, safety and well-being, making a difference to their life and education in school.

You will be enthusiastic, flexible, have great interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team and want the very best for our students. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking for a career in Education, working in our Trust in a rewarding role.  We have a successful track record of supporting progression to higher levels or into teaching, if this is of interest to you.

If you have experience of, or an interest in, working with young people, particularly those with individual and complex needs and can demonstrate a calm and steady manner, effective communication and be a positive role model, we would welcome your application.
